Pound is a full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Using Ripstix, lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, you'll sweat, sculpt and ROCK your body and mind. Release your inner rock-star as you become the music with each strike to the beat. Pound combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. Designed for all fitness levels, Pound is for anybody and any body. Restore Your Core (RYC®) is a whole-body method to retrain your core and pelvic floor to be functional, reflexive, responsive and support your body. Learn to uncover everyday compensation patterns and create new ones. This class will work to gain core strength in both women and men, help diastasis recti, understand alignment, improve prolapse symptoms, and decrease back pain. Please bring yoga mat, straps or exercise band, water bottle, blanket, and blocks. 6 weeks *Participants are asked to bring yoga mats, blanket, and yoga blocks

Not only will your child learn very important and crucial basics of the martial arts (which facilitate physical & mental strength, self-confidence, and overall healthier self-esteem,) but you as the parent will learn skills that will help tend to your little child's needs when they have very big feelings. As your toddler learns preschool necessary skillsets, you too learn coping strategies. You will bond with your child in this class as collectively you and your child learn to self-regulate emotions such as anxiety that may come from situations such as facing challenges that the child may perceive to be difficult and frustrating. You will learn to regulate your emotions and your child will also. Every child will receive a free uniform!

We introduce the simple rules of fair play and the ethics of sport so that kids can have fun and feel safe while they learn to play soccer.
Notes: Parent Participation required for all classes. Registration includes a jersey & ball! Weather Policy: Classes run rain or shine and will only be cancelled due to lightning. Pilates is a type of mind-body exercise that promotes not only strength, tone, and flexibility, but also improves your posture and reduces stress. The Mat Pilates method aims to strengthen your core or “powerhouse”, lengthen the spine, build muscle tone, and increase body awareness. Mat Pilates exercises are based on the resistance provided by your body's weight and gravity, and the workout is performed on the ground using an exercise mat. In addition to the I Can skill sets, participants will be exposed to the "I am a Good Sport" behaviours which encourages fairness and fun. I hope you enjoy it and make tennis your sport for life. Rackets and tennis balls provided!
